Once we a complete bid for your Shouse, we will arrange a time for us to review the bids, what is included, any spend allowance and the projected total cost of the project. This bid is good for a maximum of 30 days.
As part of our build contract, we ask for loan commitment from your lender and a non-refundable down-payment to hold your pricing and ensure your Shouse a spot on the build list.
During this meeting we will complete a final review of your design, colors, bids, design elements, finishes and all major systems. You will also receive a rough timeline for completion of your project.
